The tool and organizer responsibilities

Pickta! helps you prepare participants and rules, draw winners and ordered alternates, and produce results and proof. You organize any giveaway you create; MarchO/Pickta! is not its organizer.

You are responsible for campaign rules, eligibility, prizes and fulfillment, winner contact and notification, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. Before importing or processing participant information, ensure you have appropriate authority and give any required notice.

What draw proof means

The Certificate, Draw ID and verification data record the outcome of a locked Pickta! draw. They do not mean MarchO endorses the campaign, organizer, prize or fulfillment, and do not replace your checks of eligibility and campaign information.

Reasonable use and availability

Do not use Pickta! to infringe others’ rights, process data without authority, disrupt the service, or bypass the locked draw and proof mechanism. We may take necessary steps to address misuse and maintain safety and availability. Browsers, files and the site can be temporarily unavailable because of failures or maintenance; save important downloaded outputs yourself.
