Privacy Policy

How the current Free tool handles data, and what will apply when you use future Pro features.

Pickta! is a MarchO giveaway tool. The service and data-handling operator is 縈穀有限公司. For privacy or data questions, email [email protected].

Participant data you enter or import, CSV/XLSX content, rules, the eligible pool, locked draw data, results and proof are processed in your current browser. Free does not upload participant lists merely to run a draw.

IndexedDB stores the full local record of work in progress and completed activities. This can include participants, rules, the locked pool, winners, ordered alternates and proof. The Recent Activities list shows summaries; Free retains the latest three completed activities and removes an older completed record when a new one is completed. Unfinished drafts are outside that limit.

Your interface language and active activity identifier are kept in localStorage. History belongs to this browser and does not sync to another browser or device. Clearing browser or site data may remove local activities and preferences. Save any outputs you need to keep.

Your browser generates and downloads the Result PNG, reveal video, readable Certificate PNG and JSON verification data at your request. You control the downloaded files. If you publish them, winner names and the result information you chose to show may be visible.

The Free app loads same-origin application files and templates. The draw flow sends no participant or campaign data to an API. The app has no account, advertising tracker, third-party analytics script or app-set cookie. The site host may process connection information needed to serve pages and static assets.

Contact opens your email app; a message reaches MarchO only if you send it through your email service. Please avoid sending full participant lists or unnecessary personal information.

Pickta! Comment Collector is a Free BETA companion for desktop Chrome. Only when you open an Instagram post or Reel and act in Collector does it help load and read the comments shown for that post. It does not monitor Instagram in the background.

Top-level comments are the giveaway-entry scope. The BETA supports up to 100 comments; replies under comments do not count toward that limit. If the complete list cannot be confirmed, Pickta! will not use it, and you can paste or import CSV/Excel instead.

Comment usernames and text are processed in your browser. Collector holds them only while its popup is open and discards them when closed or after sending. After you send them to Pickta! and confirm the import, they become activity working data in this browser as described above.

Collector never asks for or collects your Instagram password, does not read cookies or sign-in tokens programmatically, and does not use private Instagram APIs. It does not send participant or comment data to MarchO servers to import them. While comments load, the Instagram page itself still makes its ordinary requests to Instagram.

Collector is provided by MarchO. It is not an official Instagram or Meta integration and is not authorized by them. The BETA is provided as is and may be temporarily unavailable when Instagram pages change.

Only when you submit the Feedback or Report a problem form are your chosen type, your message (up to 300 characters), the product identifier pickta and the Pickta! version sent to the MarchO Shared Feedback service (feedback.marchooo.com, running on Cloudflare compute and database).

The form never automatically attaches participant usernames, comment text, participant lists, Instagram post URLs, draw data, cookies, email addresses or browser identifiers. Please do not paste them into your message.

Raw feedback records are kept for at most 90 days and cleaned up daily; infrastructure recovery copies may briefly outlive deletion. Connection IP is used only for transient abuse-rate limiting and is never stored in the feedback record. The form does not reply to you; email [email protected] if you need a reply.

You may choose to leave your email on the Pro preview page for one notice when Pickta! Pro Early Access opens. Only submitting that form sends the email and consent-copy version to the separate MarchO Shared Leads service. No participant, campaign or draw data is sent or linked to analytics or tracking identifiers.

Shared Leads stores only the email, consent record, purpose and retention information needed for the Early Access notification. It is not a newsletter, general MarchO marketing list or Pro account, and the email is not reused for another purpose.

The email is deleted no later than 365 days after the latest affirmative consent. It is deleted sooner when the intended Early Access notification purpose is complete. You may request withdrawal or deletion at [email protected]; we reasonably verify control of the email before acting. Expired records are cleaned up daily.

Cloudflare processes connection information needed to provide the service. Connection IP is used only for transient abuse-rate limiting, never stored in the lead record. We do not use cookies or analytics for this form.

Pro is not available yet. When enabled, an email-first account will use only the account and service data needed for sign-in and annual entitlement. Brand settings may include one current Brand Name, one current Logo, up to six Saved Brand Colors and related preferences. We will identify actual providers and processing regions before activation.

Private Cloud Results retain minimal data needed to reopen a completed result for 30 days, such as campaign and result identity, winners, ordered alternates, Draw ID and proof, and necessary frozen output settings. A Cloud Result is a completed result record, not a campaign archive. It excludes the full participant list, comments, non-selected participants, the full eligible pool, source CSV/XLSX files, generated video and Result PNG.

If you choose to publish Public Verify, its public record has a separate life from private Cloud Results. At publication you choose 3 months (default), 6 months or 12 months. The fixed expiry cannot be extended; you may take it down early and it goes offline at expiry. The public projection is limited to necessary Draw ID, campaign/result details, rules summary, winners, alternates when publication is enabled, and proof. It excludes raw comments, the full eligible pool and a database of non-selected people.

Pro expiry or refund returns capability to Free without deleting data. Existing private Cloud Results run to their original 30-day expiry and published Public Verify records to their fixed expiry. Account deletion clears governed private account data; already published Public Verify survives only to its governed expiry unless ended early.

Under applicable Taiwan personal data rules, you may ask to inquire about or access your data, obtain a copy, correct or supplement it, stop collection/processing/use, or delete it. Email [email protected] with your request. You manage data held in your browser through that browser; current Free has no account with which we could identify or remotely erase your local record.
